Increased sophistication in business transactions and legal matters requires different skills such as the ability to manage complexities, to integrate cross-discipline experience and expertise and to do all in a highly responsive, and timely manner. We therefore aim to help maximize the value of legal qualification and expertise and allow the lawyers focus on what really matters, so that they can deliver more service sound responses for the clients in less time and cost.
WHAT WE DO
What we do is to usher in a smart and intelligent eco-system for legal practise and its stakeholders in Turkey, by creating various smart solutions and services, which are uniquely architected with a feature of Turkish natural language processing.
Identifying the changing needs and expectations of the profession and sector, based on real-world experience and feasibility studies, NewMind conceptually designs customized services and products with a vision to manage and maximize the capacity of lawyers for legal engineering. In doing so, we design and develop projects and programs to maximize and ensure the precision of the service outcome and time-consumption in administrative tasks by streamlining workflow and to avoid human errs in transactions.
LEGAL TECH SOLUTIONS
We are running multi-layered and multifaced projects, based on various artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies, to develop an integrated smart system for lawyers and clients.
Each solution targets easing and fastening a different component of work process from office management to data room service or data management; from legal research to contract drafting or from project management to case management or due diligence. Each solution also involves various artificial intelligence techniques, such as natural language processing (NLP), machine and deep learning, OCR error correcting, syntax, semantic or lexical analysis of software programs.
